2.2.1 Speaker authorization login

To create an Amazon account and log in to Amazon Speaker, you are required to provide your email to accept the registration verification code or to create a user name and password. If you do not log in to Amazon Speaker or do not create an Amazon account, it will not affect manual check and page discover, speaker network connection, speaker stereo group setup and other speaker operations through the app. You will be required to log in to your account only when you need to use services provided by Amazon.  

To offer Amazon speaker authorization login to you, Amazon login service has been integrated in our product. For your information security, we have made the data security and confidentiality agreements with SDK service providers of third parties, and these companies will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. Without your prior consent, we won’t share your personal identity information with them. 2.2.2 Edifier products network connection

2.2.2.1 Bluetooth permission

Bluetooth permission is necessary for the app network connection, as the app can make network connection for devices through Bluetooth only when this permission is enabled. You just turn on this permission when making network connection. We promise that Bluetooth permission is only used for this app related functions, and not for other purposes.

2.2.2.2 Location information permission

As required by mobile phone systems, location info permission must be enabled for app to search for nearby Bluetooth devices, as the app can search for and make network connection for nearby Edifier products only when this permission is enabled. You just turn on this permission when making network connection. We promise that the location info permission is only used for this app related functions, and not for other purposes.

 

2.2.3 Update server data

2.2.3.1 Network access permission

Network access permission is used to load manuals, images, product lists, "discover" web pages, and operate the Edifier speaker devices through the network. We promise that the network access permission is only used for this app related functions, and not for other purposes.

 

2.2.3.2 Permission of reading and changing files on internal storage

We will create a database to cache the Edifier speaker products list, web images, web data, etc. We promise that the permission of reading and changing files on internal storage is only used for this app related functions, and not for other purposes.

 

2.2.4 SDK Tencent Bugly of the Third-party

To count abnormalities the users encountered during use, and to help us quickly observe and solve the abnormalities, we have contacted with SDK Tencent Bugly of the third-party. For your information security, Tencent will strictly abide by laws and regulations and protects users' personal information in accordance with the mature security and privacy standards of the industry. Without your prior consent, we will not share your personal identity information with them. When your request is handled, you need to provide us with sufficient information to verify your identity. Upon we confirm your identity, we will handle your request for free within a reasonable period as stipulated by law.

For the following situations, you can request us to delete personal information by email and provide us with sufficient information to verify your identity:

1. If our treatment of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
3. If our treatment of personal information violates our agreement with you;
4. If you do not use our products or services anymore;
5. If we do not provide you with products or services anymore.

If we decide to agree to your deletion request, we will also notify the entity obtaining your personal information from us of deleting at the same time.

After you delete information from our service, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but we will delete the information when updating backup.

 

6.3 Withdraw consent
